So often I hear of the daunting prospect of choosing flowers and this really need not be the case. I start off with an initial chat over the phone to gather all of your important detail, ideas and inspiration. From there I'll prepare a detailed Flower Proposal and Quotation for you to consider. Once you're happy to proceed, have accepted the Quotation and paid your deposit your booking is confirmed. If required I'll happily prepare a mood board detailing your chosen flower types, arrangement styles and elements. Join me on a flowery journey of discovery and you'll soon realise that flowers have a very important role to play in your day, they enhance areas of your venue, add style, shape, texture and scent and generally make everything more beautiful.
Tell me about the style of Wedding you're hoping for, your colour preference any other elements of decor you hope to include. Tell me how you want your day to look and feel, how you want to look and feel on your day and believe me everyone has very differing views on that point.
Within 10 working days from our initial conversation or meeting, you will be sent, by email, a live, detailed and itemised floral proposal for your consideration, giving you approximately 30 days to make a decision. This can be extended if required. After you've had time to consider, tweak and decide on everything, I will invoice you for your deposit, typically 50% of the overall cost of your Wedding Flowers including sundries and hired items. This can be negotiated, if your booking is more than 12 months in advance. Once your deposit has been received your booking is confirmed. Your balance is due 8 weeks prior to your Wedding Day and any further minor changes and additions can be made up until this time. Gifting bouquets and additional boutonniere can be added up to 2 weeks prior to your Wedding Day.
